Life is complicated, finding the right therapist or coach shouldn’t be

If there were a manual on how to navigate this thing called life, I’d Amazon Prime it and get that next day delivery. Unfortunately, life is a lot more complex than that but the answers and direction don’t have to be. You don’t want to spend your time sorting through all the providers out there only to find they aren’t your great fit. Its exhausting!

Let’s simplify this!

My Style

My clients often say they are comfortable talking about the hard stuff and know they won’t be judged sifting through it in session. They like how we keep things real, use humor, have honest conversations, and offer challenges when needed. While in therapy, it’s important to walk through the process WITH you instead of FOR you; equipping you with skills that promote confidence and clarity to move forward.

A little about me….

My heart and passion is empowering women in recognizing their greatest potential; whether through therapy or coaching. I’m an Army spouse and veteran, having been in the military community for 24 years and counting. I have learned, and continue to learn, to work with what I’ve got to make life happen. Being creative and determined is part of what gets my family through the military lifestyle and something I love to encourage in session.
